تدور فعاليات الجزء الثالث بنفس الشخصيات الرئيسية وهم بيتر باركر (سبايدرمان) ماري جين وهاري اوزبورن وياتي شخصية كل من ساند مان وادي حيث يكون سبايدرمان ولكن شرير تبدا الرواية بإنقاذ بيتر ابنة العمدة ويتسلم مفتاح المدينة وعندها يصيبه الغرور وتتوتر علاقته بام جي في واحد من الأيام ينتمي بيتر كائت غريب ومن صفاته زياده العدوانية لصاحبة وهو من الطفيليات وعندها يتكاثر بيتر قوة وعنف وهنا يلبس بيتر البدلة السمراءموقع العاب مجانية
و أيضاً يكتشف أن قاتل عمه بين فر من السجن ويدخل بحقل تجارب فيزيائي ويتحول لساندمان ويذهب بيتر للقضاء عليه بعدما ملئ الحقد قلبه ويقضي عليه وعلى منحى آخر يذهب هاري ويدور عراك بينه وبين بيتر لكن يحدث ويفقد الذاكرة وتستكمل أحداً الفيلم لكن يعود هاري لذاكرته وعندها يقوم بابعاد ماري جين عن بيتر بعدها يتخذ قرار بيتر خلع البدله السمراء ويرتديها ادي المصور يتفق كل من ساند مان وادي على خطف ام جي وقتل سبايدرمان يذهب سبايدرمان لهاري ويطلب معاونته ولكنه يرفض ويكشف بيرنرد خادم البيت الحقيقة لهاري أن أبوه قتل ذاته وسبايدرمان لم يقتله ويبدأ القتال بين سبايدر مان والآخرين ولم يستطع أن يتغلب عليهم لكن يجيء هاري ويشكلان فريقا رائعا ويدمران ساندمان وبعدها يمسك ادي ب بيتر ويهم أن يقتله فيقف هاري للدفاع عن بيتر ويموت عندها يغضب بيتر ويقتل ادي والكائنات الغريبة بقنبله فيلم سبايدر مان
الرجل العنكبوت أو (بالإنجليزية: Spiderman) شخصية خيالية خارقة تبدو في الكتب المصورة الأمريكية التي تنشرها مارفل كومكس. تم تأسيس الشخصية من قبل الكاتب المحرر ستان لي والكاتب الفنان ستيف ديتكو، وظهرت للمرة الأولى في الكتاب الهزلي للرسوم المصورة أميزينغ فانتازي الرقم الخامس عشر (شهر أغسطس 1962) في العصر الفضي للكتب الهزلية. لي وديتكو صوّرا الشخصية على أنه يتيم ترعاه عمته ماي وعمه بن بمدينة نيويورك، يلدغه عنكبوت فيمنحه قوة خارقة وخفة في الحركة، والقدرة على التمسك بمعظم الأسطح، ويمنحه أيضاًً حاسة تساعده على استشعار الخطر والتي تتيح له مقاتلة أعداءه.
